Returns and Refunds

At ChatterCrush we offer a 30 days free refund policy on unused credits. You can cancel your order for any reason, unused credits will be refunded in full. For example, if you used half of your credit bundle you'll get a refund for half of the purchase price.

Refunds are processed via the same payment method when possible and usually take a couple of days to process.

Send an e-mail to support@chattercrush.com with your order nummer to start the refund process.

Conditions

• Refund has to be requested within 30 days after the initial order by sending an e-mail to support@chattercrush.com.
• Only unused credits are refunded.
• In case of fraud or abuse refunds are not processed.

What is stated on my bank statement?

Only ECHTY.COM or an other neutral payment reference will be on you bank statement or credit card statement. NEVER will the name of ChatterCrush or a reference to chat or flirting be mentioned on your bank statement or credit card statement.
